Hills at Kenilworth

The Hills at Kenilworth is one of the most affordable communities in the area while still offering all of the amenities that I could ask for. Since I don't drive, I love that the Loop bus stop is right across the street and I can get pretty much anywhere I need to go with ease. The team is really nice and I always feel like they actually care if I do have an issue or question. I'm glad I moved here and I plan on staying a while

I have been living here for a year and just renewed my lease. They recently updated the gym and it is open all hours which is very convenient for my schedule. Maintenance requests are always done the same day I request them. They are very pet friendly with a dog park. I am trying to get more of my friends to move here because I have lived at worse apartment complex’s and this is by far my most favorite home I’ve lived. This is also a great location. This place has the worst apt management I am having problem with my fridge and my stove the property management stopped by my apt and stated that she was going to make sure that i get the necessary repairs but later refusing to help me stating that there was nothing wrong with my stove or my fridge after clearly seeing it for herself . This place changed the name from the colony to the hills at Kenilworth but kept the same old management sometime change come within when I informed her that... was going to report her for failure to complete the necessary repairs she told me to go ahead with my complaint. . My fridge currently doesn't work properly? the stove top only two burners are working in my utility room wires are exposed everywhere. The management told me that she wasn't going to cover-up the wires because i had no reason being in the utility room even though its in my apt. Read More

Do NOT MOVE HERE, AFTER 3 months my place was infested with roaches. It was a waste of money & I had to move.
