There are some big issues with the building, but the staff are consistently amazing. Lots of landlord specials in the building, but the owners and new management seem excited to improve things.

Good apartment. Nice amenities. Maintainable is slowly improving. Overall the best deal you can get around Homewood campus. Highly recommended

It's a spacious apartment for the rent we pay. They provide a lot of facilities as well like the gym and the theater. However, maintenance could be a lot better. There are problems with hot water.
