it could be better. Elevators need to be fixed. pest control. water temperature is either antarctica or hellfire. Leasing staff is trying to make it a better place and are friendly

Elevator are broken constantly everything took longer then needed during move in. The floors of the apartment were splatted with paint that left permanent marks. The couch that came with the apartment is ripped up and leaves its shredded pieces all over the floor. The outlets are loose and everytime we submit a work order it’s left as is nothing has been fixed no matter how many times we reach out.

The apartment is good. The units are very good. Maintainence takes a little long than you would expect. Communication from the management is not that great. Apart from that good apartment. Haven't had any major issues

I love the amount of amenities given, but upon moving in too many things are either unusual traits unmentioned or unfinished renovations, such as missing bedroom curtains, missing ceiling lights/lights in general, broken elevators, etc. Please pay your maintenance more, whatever it takes to get things working smoothly again

Been here as a resident is cool but the elevators are always down, and we have to wait at least for 30 minutes when that happens because there is a lot of people that want to go to their apartments. And the gym are missing things on the machines like the cable for the kickbacks.
