Great place to live in, would highly recommend! There have been lot of improvements to the property since I moved in. Amenities and community events are amazing. Staff is also friendly.

The building is poorly managed. Elevators are constantly out of service and it’s hard to find your hand in front of your face in the mailroom let alone your package. The entire building runs on the same ac temperature and you can chose to simply turn the air on or off. My apartment was absolutely filthy when I moved in and many appliance did not work.

I would not recommend this apartment complex for several reasons, with the most serious being ongoing elevator issues. The building has three elevators, and it is not uncommon for multiple elevators to be out of service at the same time, often for extended periods. Even when the elevators are operational, they produce loud mechanical noises, which raises serious safety and reliability concerns.

In addition, communication from the front office has been extremely inefficient and unhelpful. Email... responses are inconsistent, with some messages ignored entirely, and in-person inquiries provide little to no useful information about repair timelines. Staff attitudes can be dismissive, leaving residents uncertain about whether issues are being addressed.

As a result, residents are frequently forced to choose between having no elevator access at all or using elevators that do not feel safe. This ongoing situation significantly affects daily living and overall trust in building management.
