Twin Ridge Apartments I

We're in our 2nd year at Twin Ridge Apts and we love it. We moved from a house... so finding a unit large enough to fit us comfortably was a big concern, and Twin Ridge did not disappoint. Our neighbors have been kind, the grounds are nice, the maintenance team is very responsive, and the pool provides great summer fun.

I have lived in this neighborhood for nearly 5 years and have enjoyed every day of it. I have even made some of my best friends here. Our small dog has the right amount of space he needs in our modern apartment, beautiful paths to walk around the buildings, and a great dog park that provides two areas for your dog depending on their size and/or sociability. Walks through the neighborhood feel safe and relaxed. They also offer the opportunity to see the beautiful greenery all around; it's obvious… that the money collected by the complex is definitely put back into it's upkeep and then some! The pool is large, the tennis courts are abundant, and the gym is just the right size. Though I will say that the cost of rent slightly increase each passing year and some appliances could use a bit updating, I can't say when I'll be leaving this place but it isn't any time soon! Good comfortable place to live! The gym and pool are nice and nice dog areas

I've lived here on and off for 16 years and It's mostly awesome. The a/c gets really cold, the decks/patios are large, and the bathrooms are nice. The appliances are a bit outdated but when they conk out, the maintenance staff are pretty quick to fix them. All in all, it's a lovely place!
