worst experience ever

The property managers literally have video footage of my car being broken into and vandalized. They refuse to send it to my insurance or police despite having a sign reading “video will be shared with police for prosecution”. The only advice I’ve gotten is to pay an exorbitant amount for their garage (which I’d also have to buy my own lock for). The walls are so thin you can hear conversations in any other apartment. They constantly have exterminators coming and going. This place is an absolute… nightmare. Save your money and rent literally anywhere else.

Regarding the video footage referenced, the cameras and signage on the property are… intended solely for monitoring the dumpster area for illegal dumping. They are not designed to provide surveillance of parking areas or vehicles, and Wabash Manor does not offer security or investigative services. For this reason, we are unable to review or distribute camera footage for resident-related incidents.

We also understand your concerns regarding building conditions and amenities. The Laundry Center is currently undergoing renovations and is expected to reopen within the next 30 days. We appreciate residents’ patience as this work is completed.

I was able to tour and move-in the same day.

No complaints

Been here for three months and it’s been amazing so far. Maintence team is excellent when it comes to completing request. Property staff is very nice when it comes to addressing any issues. Really feels like home. Will definitely recommend.

NO CARPET IN UPSTAIRS APARTMENTS

*WARNING UPSTAIRS APARTMENTS HAVE NO CARPET* All four apartments in my building don't have carpet, I can hear every step they make plus some. I've been here a year so far but might have to break my lease for my second year because of the obnoxious noise I'm subjecting to daily. The walls aren't just thin if you decide to stay in a downstairs apartment and the people upstairs are dragging furniture and letting their baby bang and throw things on the floor. Sometimes they let him run back and… forth for 4-5 hours. So after you work all day and come home you can't enjoy what your paying for. I spend my days listening to the people upstairs living and enjoying their apartment while making my life hell.
