Westhills Square Apartments

The move in process was a breeze thanks to Latoshia in the leasing office, she's super friendly and very helpful. I lived here for a year, and the only reason we are leaving is because we needed a bigger spot with a yard. If you need something close to everything, this is the place for you. 15 minutes from downtown, 20 or so from BWI and Columbia, and 70 is just a minute drive down Cooks Lane. The neighbors are all very friendly. The only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is occasionally it's very... hard to find street parking due to the churches on either end of the street. And the leasing office can sometimes be extremely slow with fixing things. We had our carbon monoxide alarms go off at 1am the first month we were there, upon the firefighter's checking the apartment and detectors it was noted that someone had painted over top of the alarm, making it faulty. Maintenance came and hung smoke detectors up while they ordered us new alarms. One of the smoke detectors they hung was also faulty, and we went 9 months without ever receiving a new carbon monoxide alarm for our apartment. The lights in the hallways go out occasionally and it may take a few days fro someone to actually come fix them.
