It’s been great so far. The apartment is located in a very convenient neighborhood and Maintainance team are very quick and helpful. Would love to have a sauna in the building.

An excellent location, very walkable. The gym is great, it’s well equipped and most of the time there is very little to no wait to get a workout in. The pool and grill area provide nice areas to relax and hang out. The clubhouse is a great refuge when weather precludes using outdoor spaces. Having Harris Teeter right downstairs makes healthy eating and cooking easy and convenient.

Beautiful apartment spaces with updated appliances and design. Located within walking distance of the majority of what downtown Bethesda has to offer. However, the spaces are very small for the price. Additionally, the management team has gone downhill. When I moved in it was a wonderful staff who were attentive to my every need. Now it feels as though the staff is cutting community events and are trying to get every dime out of the residents. Maintenance requests occur incredibly quickly, and... they're done well. Overall a good apartment complex, but not really worth the price.

Over all a great place to live. Some elevators are strange. Done don’t go to every level. Occasionally the staff can be rude or dismissive but we all have our bad days.
