I put in a request for pest control for finding 2 large roaches in my residence and they closed the request and never came to treat the problem. I put it in over a week ago and was advised they would have pest control out on Tuesday which they never showed. Only been here a few months and never thought this place would have bugs, let alone to be ignored about the issue.

Terrible experience Please properly train residential tour guides prior to taking individuals on a tour of the property. I wasn’t able to fully enjoy the experience, because of the lack of organization and knowledge of the guide. I understand someone being new, or being nervous, but cursing when frustrated, not knowing where the location of the apartment was, walking way too far ahead of the visitor, reading basic information about the property amenities and pricing off of their phone, and not… asking basic rapport building questions regarding myself and what I’m looking for is completely unacceptable. I also didn’t appreciate being asked “are you living here alone” instead of, “how many people will be occupying the apartment”, while I was there with my son. It gave the impression that I was a single mother, regardless if that wasn’t the intention. That question didn’t really land with me well. I will not be living here or viewing the apartment again. I will also not be recommending anyone else live here. Not a good experience at all. And this is not at all to speak negatively of the tour guide, again they are new to the job, but it would’ve been better to tour with a more experienced guide, or have her tag along with someone else to learn the ropes. Great experience moving in! I had a great move-in experience at my new apartment! From the beginning, the process was smooth, organized, and stress-free. Antonia was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire move-in process. My apartment was clean, well-prepared, and ready for me when I arrived.

I really appreciated how welcoming and responsive everyone was. Moving can be overwhelming, but the team made everything much easier and helped make my first day feel exciting… rather than stressful.
