lots of centipede and bugs in the apartments
The worst apartment I have ever lived in. Centipedes all around the carpet. Management was not very helpful. Stay away from it.

nice neighborhood
Area is nice especially for children. You can take a walk or jog in area. Maintenance is GREAT. They always answer immediately and fix problem accordingly. However there is a pest issue involving ants and termites. I’ve never had a mouse or roach problem here which is a plus. Window lighting is also great. It’s kind of smaller than what I’m used to. The price is kind of high for the size of apartment and walls are kind of thin but the area kind of makes up for it.

The Feilds is a great place to live. Its clean and maintenance is awesome. Tenants are great and a great place for kids, management is the best. I recommend that if your looking for a place to live its the Feilds they Rock.

The community is nice and quiet, I feel confident walking any time even at night. And regards in parking yes we do have sticker where you can park anywhere theres a vacant space, but we dont have specific parking space.
