Cinnamon Ridge Apartments

iv been at cinnamon ridge since 2021. The good things first: apartments are spacious, schools are near by, maintenance was good at first and its going downhill now. The things that need work on: Since these apartments are old the walls are too thin (noise travels), the doors are old, Lack of parking, no parking lines, for this rent there should be in unit laundry, had to call maintenance to fix things like thermostat, clogged washer drains in laundry room, closet door getting stuck and broken.... It almost fell on my 4 year old. Water comes in from one of the windows in secondary bedroom during heavy rain. There are intercoms to enter the main apartment door which is good but if you are someone who works late night like in healthcare like me or a nurse or first responders, then get ready for intercom bells to wake you from your sleep from all delivery people even if its not your delivery . And people love to slam the main building door which is really loud, there is no hydraulic door closer so it slams! Parking is just terrible. recently i was trying to get our A/C serviced but they came up with excuses that its hot thats why it is not working like before so my thought is it was working fine last summer and 2 weeks ago and clearly the temperature is NOT going down even after sunset so it needs to be serviced. I’ve moved to cinnamon ridge a month shy of of a year ago. My central ac doesn’t work at all every time I call about the ac I’m told to just buy some blackout curtains!! They show you upgrade apartments and the actual apartment that you will get looks like something out of the 80s !! Just horrible!
