Property OK, Maintenance Poor

The apartment is fine, but the maintenance is horrible. The washing machines in my unit have been broken for a month and nothing has been done on it.

Bedbugs in apartment

Warning: 5/2022 they will lease you apartments with bedbugs and expect you to deal with it until they exterminate. They don’t care about you being Inconvenienced or uncomfortable. They will not offer you another unit. They expect you to deal with the unsafe/unhealthy environment you did not know you signed a lease for.

Great place to live.

The property is well maintained and in a great location. The tenants are quiet and respect the property by helping to keep it clean. The response to maintenance issues is superstar.

Great Maintenance

I had a problem late in the afternoon and they still came out to fix it on a Friday. On Monday they came back because they weren’t sure it was completed on Friday.
