Staff is nice and helpful. Place is really clean. Timely responses. A guy named Aron runs the place. He does not play around.

I had the opportunity to never live here as the day I had my tour, I saw everything I wanted to avoid. The grass and area were disgusting, dog poop and trash buildup. The leasing agent, or what they would like to call him, was late to the appointment. He was smoking and came up nonchalantly asking if we had been helped, when he was the only one at the office. His demeanor was off and spoke quietly, which upon request to speak louder, did so with an attitude. On the tour, the apartments looked… awful. I know it's am older building but the lack of care is noticeable. It also smelled horrid, weed and something more. The security isn't good either cause not all of the apartments have a working device. The actual room we went into to tour was currently being fixed and while the leasing agent was saying only a few things had to get done, it was still lacking.
