I moved into this property in April 2017, and it has been a nightmare from day one! The HVAC system on the entire fourth floor of my building has not worked since I moved in, and neither has the HVAC system in my apartment. After two months of complaining about the AC not working they gave me [one] window unit AC that sits in my livingroom window to this day 6-18-2017. There are also other tenats all through out the apartment complex that have AC units hanging out of their windows due to... inoperable HVAC systems in their apartments. The hallways in the building often reek of trash from the trash room not being emptied on a regular basis and the hallway carpets are full of water stains from leaks, and stains from traffic and spills.
I thought this community would be a great place to meet other retired people to go to events and socialize, but most of these tenants are unhappy with the property upkeep and they are anxiously waiting to move out.
I would suggest anyone considering moving to this complex go through all of the buildings and look at the up keep, drive around and look at all of the AC units hanging out of windows, and most importantly ask the present tenants their opinion of the place.
