Inigo's Crossing

I've had mixed experiences living at this apartment community. The biggest issue has been the frequent false fire alarms. They seem to happen over and over again, and almost always late at night or during the early morning hours. Having to evacuate or be woken up repeatedly because of false alarms is extremely frustrating and disruptive. This is a serious issue that needs to be addressed.

That said, I also want to recognize the management team. They have always been professional, respectful,... and genuinely helpful whenever I've needed assistance. They communicate well, respond to concerns, and truly care about the residents. Their professionalism and willingness to help have made a positive difference.

If the false fire alarm issue can finally be resolved, this would be a much better place to live. The management team deserves credit for the excellent job they do, but the repeated late night false alarms need immediate attention. Read More

I been living here for a while I love it here they recently change the lobby and the office . It made such a difference. It’s so beautiful. The best thing about living here is the staff , Dianys has been such a blessing to work with and as well as james . If you are looking for a place that care inigos crossing the place .

Today I went on a tour with my parents and I have to say it this is a beautiful property with an incredible variety of amenities. the apartments are very spacious with great natural lighting. Beautiful and cozy pool area, game area and lounge. It makes the whole property feel like a home. The property has an amazing gym that fits all workout type and it’s far from the bare minimum when you compare it with other neighborhood gyms. Our tour guide, Marjorie, was very sweet and patient. She allowed... us to really take in what it would feel like to live here. Never felt rushed or pressured. I was sold just based on how much space these apartment have but the additional amenities made me feel like I would not be happy living anywhere else. The building is beautiful, clean, with great amenities. We were welcomed by Marjorie, with a smile and she was excellent, responded all our questions, took time to show us everything, with a very good attitude, you could feel she enjoys working there and gives her best. She also followed up and found out about everything we asked, giving us all the information.
We would love to live there, great community, nice people.
