Not kept up well

The property is well located. Great staff but not kept up well. Tares in the screens. Wall not painted when I moved in and still not painted! Appliances (washer/dryer) keeps breaking down. I am only staying until my lease is up next year then I'm out! I just moved here in February of this year!!!
