Mediocre at best

Horrible quality control and fit and finish inside the apartments, terrible noise insulation from obnoxiously loud neighbors, unhelpful staff in the leasing office, and in general just extremely mediocre at best for what you end up paying. I cannot wait for my lease to end here, I can't stress enough to look elsewhere than this complex.

So much wrong here.

Loud neighbors, very small for how much they charge. Fickle staff who pretend to do their job. They lose paperwork and try to keep your security deposits. Keep a paper trail and don't believe anything from the leasing office. Get it in writing. They lie.

Don’t move here!

This place is DISGUSTING!! Worst place I have ever lived in. They have roaches, mice and mold everywhere. I constantly tell them about the problems I am having with the mice and they do nothing. Management doesnt even have the decency to answer an email. I will NOT be renewing here!

nice staff, quiet environment, and a reasonable price

I went for a tour this weekend, and the staff was very nice. I liked the environment since it was very quiet and the price is reasonable compared to other apartments in central Columbia.

Love my new home

Staff made move-in super easy! Love my apartment. Building is always kept clean. Location is great. Puts everything I need within minutes from me and close to the mall. I had a minor issue at move-in with my shower and maintenance responded same day to fix.
