Slow Maintenance/Office Assistance

It takes forever to get any issues resolved. We’ve been submitting work orders for extermination (there’s definitely a roach issue here) and appliance repairs for MONTHS. They’re marked complete but no work is done. Asking rental office for assistance with leasing issues, parking, pool access, etc always takes several attempts before assistance and still a long time for an actual resolution. Proceed with caution or have a lot of flexibility/free time to advocate for your issues and concerns.

Worst place you can live

The new management have no idea of what is going on here. I have never seen such lackadaisical bunch! They don’t pick calls or respond to mails. How would they even answer questions when they are all clueless! Regret moving here.

As a new resident, I've been really pleasantly surprised by my experience at The Madison so far. There is a lot of natural beauty surrounding the building, and is very close to a shopping center. All of my concerns have been quickly addressed by the leasing office, and I love the layout of my apartment. I would definitely recommend moving here based on my experience so far.

The apartment isn't properly cared for. Sloppy paint work, one of our windows doesn't latch properly and we're paying $25 for a "security" alarm that doesn't even work. All the outlet covers fall off with regular use. One of our lights continues to flicker after we had someone come out to look at it. It's not properly attached to the ceiling. The grounds are littered with trash.
