The apartment complex was sold and the change in ownership is awful. In the past year our rent increased by 12%, we have a rodent living in our wall and we’re told they can’t do anything about it because they can’t find the hole, there are now roaches, and it costs a ridiculous amount to be able to heat our apartment because of poor insulation and cracks in doors and windows. It also took a month to fix a giant hole in our ceiling

Don’t rent here. When something breaks (which it will) it won’t get taken care of in a timely manner for the amount you pay in rent this place is despicable

I have been a resident of the community for over years, and I continue to enjoy the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I also enjoy the location because it allows accessibility to various stores as well as local events and small venues. I definitely enjoy the quietness of the community. I couldn't ask for more!!
