A Horrible Experience

I lived here in 2020. My first week there my cat catches a brown mouse. The unit I was shown had A/C a downstairs toilet & was renovated. The unit I got didn't have those features.

The tub would keep getting stopped up. I would call but no one would fix it. But they had time to send a letter about the grass not being cut. Saw centipedes & roaches. When it would rain some of the windows would leak. Overall I don't recommend this place.

Roaches

How about instead of renovating and cleaning up the outside of your homes (painting the bricks gray, new awnings, new mailboxes, etc.) you use that money to treat your roach infested walls first. After I started seeing them I immediately called the office. The woman I spoke to said they have an exterminator that comes out every 2 weeks and that she would "put me on the list". The next time he would be out was a week and a half away from when I called. I explained to her how quickly roaches… multiply and that I will be overrun by then. She didn't care and proceeded to "add me to the list". I had to hire my own exterminator who was there the very next day. He comes by every 2 months. Thats an additional $81 every 2 months I pay. This has helped tremendously keep the roaches at bay. However, I still see some dead/dying ones here and there. And some baby ones so that means there are nests in these walls/homes. Unfortunately, since the homes are connected they will never officially go away. I can only keep them at bay from my home with the bi-monthly treatments. I'm embarrassed to even have company over. I am not comfortable sleeping in my own home. While my exterminator was at my home he also found mice holes and filled them in for me. Also, the utility/water bill is insane here. It ranges from an additional $70-$100 a month. Be sure to include these things into your budget as well if you choose to live here. But it's OK because they made the outside of my house look pretty right?

Townhomes is the best

Me and my family just moved into Gray Haven Townhomes they are great, really clean, quiet and over all a nice neighborhood. Would definitively recommend.

Great place to live!

On our 4th lease, my family and I recently transferred to a beautifully updated unit. Transferred only for convince of central air and updated amenities. Professional and friendly leasing office staff. Abbey and Cheryl are awesome! Maintenance staff respond quickly and efficiently to emergency maintenance calls. Overall, it's an affordable and great place to live!

Great community

Maintance issues are handle in a timely manner .. I love it here so much that I moved from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom .. the community is well kept up.. and the staff Cheryl and Abby are great
