This is very family friendly apartment complex. Quiet and clean. The Maintenance response time is very good. Been here for 2 years, only complaint is that some of the units have popcorn ceilings and walls, so you’ll have to directly ask that you aren’t getting a unit with these wall textures , otherwise it’ll be a surprise for move in day. Lastly, they just need to get outdoor cameras to help maintain the safety and security of the neighborhood. The neighborhood is generally safe, but... surrounding neighborhoods tend to freely enter this complex

Overall good experince, however lately the maintainance requests are not getting done.
Its so hot outside and we are without AC which is so rediculous. Feeling frustrated.

Even though I just moved into my apartment a few days ago, I feel really comfortable and confident with Sherwood Crossing. From the start of my tour, the office staff greeted me and was very helpful. Staff worked together to smooth my moving process and it was a really positive experience. After my move in I noticed some maintenance issues, but my concerns have been quickly addressed by the maintenance staff who live onsite. The trash valet is very convenient. It’s a quiet community and I feel... good about settling into my new place so far!
