Classic management company woes
The property and location are fine. The issues of course come from management cutting corners. Lack of preventative maintenance, yes. What's grinding my gears in particular is that we have been charged a "damage waiver fee" for over a year now despite having renter's insurance without lapse. We've visited the office, talked on the phone, emailed about it, followed every instruction, sent our proof of insurance over a dozen times. They never stop charging us this fee. I feel gaslighted but I... think they're just happy to take free money when people can't do anything about it.

Please visit our office or shoot us an email to get this matter addressed with our third party team who can assist with official opt out... instructions/support. We typically provide these detailed instructions upon move in to ensure residents know how to opt out and who to contact to ensure fees are waived once proof of policy is reviewed.
