Great neighborhood but maintenance isn't all the best. Replaced garbage disposal and now I have roaches. Asked for living light to be replaced and never got done. Balcony screen door broke months ago. Repair came out and said he fixed it.. Went to open and the door fall straight off. I like the no a signed parking but people who pay extra for the parking spaces still park in none a signed spaces. Trash company put all the trash in front of my door and leaves trash behind and marks of busted bags... on door mat. All in all like life things could be better but it is what it is. Lee mas

Apartments are old and not insulated properly. Windows/walls leak air, very cold during winter. Parking lots and roads are falling apart and parking lines can barely be seen. Recent snow storm was not handled well at all and residents were told the failing of the plow company to properly plow the roads and covering/blocking in cars was our problem. Many sidewalks have not been cleared. There is a reason these apartments are cheaper than some in the surrounding area.

We’ve had a wonderful experience living in this apartment community. The property is well-maintained, quiet, and feels very safe. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is always polite and helpful. Our unit is bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. It’s been a great place to call home.

I have lived here for 2 years now. Really nice place to live. The staff in the office are great and so are the maintenance guys. Just two complaints that needs to be addressed. The company that takes care of the grounds have been slacking off lately. If you go for a walk, there are broken tree branches all over the place. I usually pick them up and throw them on the grass so other people do not trip over them. Second is the garbage, despite numerous emails and texts about the garbage from... management, some tenants just ignore them and keep putting their garbage outside their doors without putting in a trash bin and then the hallways smell and get stains on the concrete from liquids spilling in the bags. People are not considerate of the rules or their neighbors. Other than those two issues, this is a really nice place to live. Lee mas
