NOT a non-smoking community.
Although advertised as such, this is not a smoke-free community. Residents are allowed to smoke in their apartments and the odor permeates the hallways. Although there have been repeated complaints about this issue, management has done nothing. Further, an active community with many events was promised. There are no events unless the residents create and pay for them. Management is poor.
