Highly Recommended!

Very clean, bug-free, and smoke-free. Professional and friendly staff. Responsive and efficient maintenance service. Beautiful, well-maintained amenities like walking trails, a gym, a pool, and a barbecue area. Feels like a resort.

This place is an amazing place to live. The staff are all wonderful. The property manager, Antony, and the leasing consultant, Collin, are both very kind, professional, and incredibly responsive. The maintenance manager, Daniel, and the rest of the maintenance team… are also fast, efficient, and reliable—I truly appreciate how quickly they take care of any issues. Their support during our move-in made everything so much easier. One of the highlights here is definitely the prompt and dependable maintenance service. What really won us over, though, were the beautiful walking trails, the pool, and the barbecue area. Honestly, my wife and I chose to live here because of those fantastic amenities. We’re also impressed with how well everything is maintained. Very clean, bug-free, and smoke-free. We've now lived here for two years and have decided to stay here longer. I highly recommend Lerner Black Hill to anyone looking for a great place to call home. -JL

Great place to live

Gorgeous clubhouse with access to amenities that make you want to invite (and show off to) your friends. Library, multiple televisions, office space, pool, billiards, gym (+shower), pet wash station. Packages are safe because of lockers and a locked room (not sure how sorting between both is determined). There are two playgrounds, a few grills, and a walking path that runs the perimeter of the grounds. Interior looks great - modern and neutral colors. Saved some cash because the apt came with an… island so I didn’t need a kitchen table. Five min walk to a trail that takes you to black hill regional park. Knowledgeble leasing office, great property manager, friendly maintenance.

I am loving every minute of it!

Lerner Black Hill in Germantown, MD is by far the best apartment complex in town. I love everything about living here: the unique location overlooking Black Hill Regional Park, the courteous and responsive office staff and management that made my moving so smooth, the promptitude of maintenance requests, the well-equipped fitness center, the immense swimming pool, the charging stations for my electric vehicle etc. And many more amenities that make you feel like living in a 5 Star luxury resort.

Exceptional living environment for all.

Leasing Office Staff is great team!!!!! Property amenities are beautiful. At these very trying times in this world at past and current. People here still maintain to be positive and upbeat. all the staff. As well to the very wonderful people that live here.!!!!!!!!! Don't get me wrong every place has stuff. But the hard work and team work from everyone at Lerner Black Hill Apartment Homes is the best community I've ever lived. I'd recommend them to everyone. and I have expressed to friend and… people who ask where I live. How I love it where I live. And I tell them to go on the website . Really just stop on by and see for themselves. I give this community 10 stars
