Ascend is a great place to live , never had any problems , they handle the maintenance orders quick and efficiently.. I would definitely recommend it to others , also the staff shows you the up most respect

The community is well maintained, quiet, and new. My move-in experience was smooth, organized, and stress-free from start to finish. Jason, my leasing consultant, was incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient throughout the entire process. He made sure all my questions were answered and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my decision.

Ascend Pinegrove is a wonderful community! The grounds are perfectly maintained, and the buildings are well-constructed. The living spaces are light and spacious with plenty of storage space. Eugenia and her office staff are professional and knowledgeable.

Amazing new apartment community nestled in a scenic retreat just down the road from tons of retail and amenities. Love the welcoming staff, premium clubhouse/amenities, and the huge dog park.

PROS:
-New
-Beautiful apt.
-Lots of kitchen cabinets & storage
-Lg. walk-in closet(s)
-Full- sized washer & dryer
-Garages & storage units avail. on site
- Very well lit at night
- Nice staff (front office & maintenance)
CONS:
-Thin walls and floors, you hear & smell ALMOST EVERYTHING.
-Weak enforcement of written policies.
- Outdoor hallways that need power washing several times yearly because of dogs and nasty neighbors.
-Dumpster area is always a mess.
-Unsupervised children, even into the... night.
-The gym & swimming pool are small (only 36in. deep), considering the number of apt. units in the complex.
I wish I could afford to break my lease & pay movers, unfortunately it's very costly. This is why I decided to post this review, to inform others. To be forewarned is to be armed.
