Haven Largo

I toured a 2br2b apartment and it was nice, however when i applied for the unit they somehow cancelled my application and nobody knew why. When i would call I would just get the run around of promises that someone would contact me and never do so i just gave up and moved on.

This property is one of the first I’ve lived at where they honestly treat you like a priority instead of an option. Since day one Johanna & Cameron have always shown such good character in the office and even in passing while waking my dog. They have always made certain to make my experience at the community top tier and it shows each time I come in! Those two are indeed shining lights amongst any other property I’ve lived. Thank you for being so professional and kind ! This is surely home!!

I am new to the area and came in to look at a three bedroom apartment. I was so impressed with the office staff, size of the apartments and the look of the property. I haven’t decided if I’m moving to an apartment or a house but I’ll certainly keep them in mind!

I can’t recommend this property enough. I had an excellent experience at this property and found the staff to be very helpful and respectful. The apartments are very large and have plenty of space for my furniture even after trying several different layouts. Plus after years of going to the laundromat, I’m loving the washer and dryer in unit! Overall I’m super pleased with the grounds and the location is so convenient for my commute. The grocery store across the street is a plus too!

I've lived here for a few months and thus far there have been multiple break-ins and about two residents were held at gunpoint and forced into their apartments. The crime is unbearable and some residents are moving. Please be advised that this is not a safe place for you or your family.
