I have lived at this property for almost 5 years. The previous years have been amazing but recently with the changes things have been absolutely terrible. The front and back gates are always broken so the “gated community” is wide open. The new app you use to get into the building half work which most of the doors don’t lock anyway so it defeats the purpose. The congestion trying to get on the property it terrible. There is always trash in the parking garage. I have been waiting for maintenance… now going on 4 months to finish repairs. This place is really going down hill. Property ownership turnover happens frequently here which in turn leads to frequent property management turnover. It has been more consistent in the last few years. I know they were trying to sell the property recently. We recently went through a string of tires being stolen from cars. Property is not as secure as it is advertised to be. Carpets in hallways are heavily soiled and trash rooms are extremely filthy. Rent is high but apartment is spacious. Complex location is great.

Just encourage residents to clean up behind their pets. I can’t enjoy walking around the community without fear of stepping in dog poop. Other than that the community is nice an quiet overall.
