Wonderful place to live

I have lived here for almost 7 years and love how peaceful it is. The property is well kept. April in the Leasing office is always so helpful and friendly. No matter what you need, she is always willing to go above and beyond to help. I intend on staying at Park Villas. It feels like home.

Great Place to Call Home!

I’ve had a really positive experience at Park Villas. The community is well maintained, the area feels comfortable and welcoming, and it’s been a great place to live. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and any questions or concerns have been handled professionally. I also appreciate the overall atmosphere of the community and how easy it is to feel at home here. I would definitely recommend Park Villas to anyone looking for a nice place to live in the Lexington Park area.

Constant problems, defeated

Been here almost 3 years. In that time I’ve had no AC for 8 months, had a constant leak for the entirely of the time here. Currently have a huge hole above my shower that’s been here for months with no hope in them trying to help me to repair it. Done everything I can to try and sort things out and just get my apartment into just not having issues but I almost never have had that in my time here. Quality of living has fallen so down and I really feel defeated in trying to just not have glaring… problems resolved.
