Arrowwood Apartments

The building is poorly designed, cheaply constructed, and very noisy, management is often unresponsive or not in the office, and the community and area are not what they used to be. You will hear everything your neighbors do, and they will hear everything you do through the thin walls, floors, and ceilings. The building isn't very old, but walls are cracking, carpets are stained with pet accidents, and major systems and features (A/C in common areas, the parking garage doors, elevators, trash... chutes, etc.) malfunction frequently and are often not repaired in a timely manner. Very poor service and management team. They are impossible to reach when you move there. They will lie to you and do nothing in your interest. I would not recommend living here.

IKEA like furniture and decor that is falling apart after a year. You can hear every word from your neighbors and it is full of drunk students. Urinating in hallways and elevators which is never cleaned by the management team. Sadly there are better options in the area.

Please be wary of moving here. The new build has very poor noise insulation unless you live on the top floor. You will hear every word and footstep from your neighbors. To top it off, it is impossible to get any response to basic questions from the management team. Stay away!

I have been living at arrowwood for 1.5 years now. When we first moved in the complex was great and the service was outstanding but since the management team changed 3 months ago there was a significant drop in everything. Very poor management team.
