Arrowwood Apartments

I could go on for days about why nobody should live here. Between the constant internet outages, mice and ants in the apartments, homeless people sleeping in the parking garages, no AC in the hallways or gym during the summer, and walls so thin you can hear everything your neighbors do, this place is already a disaster. But the biggest issue by far is the property management they are absolutely terrible.

Management is completely disorganized, unresponsive, and honestly incompetent.... Communication is nonexistent unless they want your rent payment. They’ve changed property managers so many times that residents don’t even know who the current manager is anymore. Emails get ignored, maintenance issues take forever to address, and nobody seems to have any accountability for anything happening in the building.

For the amount of money they charge, this place is nowhere near “luxury.” It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and frustrating to live in on a daily basis. The internet alone is enough to make people move out — since the apartment controls the internet provider, residents are stuck with unreliable service that constantly cuts out or slows down. If you work from home, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place because your work life will become miserable.

There are far better apartments out there for the same price. Management here does not care about residents, and it shows in every aspect of the property. Read More

I've lived here for 3 years. Management is AWFUL! Communication is terrible and unprofessional. The new internet is atrocious and unreliable. The water bills are outrageous. The 'secure' garage is not secure at all because the door is frequently broken. Also the building was poorly built. The walls are extremely thin, you can hear everything. Doors don't close properly, interior and exterior. The trash area is not equipped to handle the amount of garbage, which leads to lots of overflow and a... horrendous smell. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! The building is poorly designed, cheaply constructed, and very noisy, management is often unresponsive or not in the office, and the community and area are not what they used to be. You will hear everything your neighbors do, and they will hear everything you do through the thin walls, floors, and ceilings. The building isn't very old, but walls are cracking, carpets are stained with pet accidents, and major systems and features (A/C in common areas, the parking garage doors, elevators, trash... chutes, etc.) malfunction frequently and are often not repaired in a timely manner. Very poor service and management team. They are impossible to reach when you move there. They will lie to you and do nothing in your interest. I would not recommend living here.

IKEA like furniture and decor that is falling apart after a year. You can hear every word from your neighbors and it is full of drunk students. Urinating in hallways and elevators which is never cleaned by the management team. Sadly there are better options in the area.
