Wentworth Apartment Homes

The location is convenient - one block from White Flint Metro and a Harris Teeter downstairs. The staff is professional and courteous (especially Regan at the front desk) at all times. They work hard to create a sense of community offering everything from yoga classes to ice cream socials to casino nights. The building is very well maintained and while it is a dog-friendly building, it is kept immaculate both inside and out, and there is virtually no noise heard from other apartments. There… is a small dog park on the property that is also well maintained. Any issues whatsoever - from a burnt out light bulb to a malfunctioning hot water heater have been addressed quickly and efficiently with consideration given to my schedule.

I strongly recommend this building to anyone interested living in the North Bethesda area. I have visited friends in other buildings in the area, and though some may be newer, none are as well maintained and professionally staffed as Wentworth House. Read More

I had no way to thank both Joe and Brit for being so nice, diligent and considered with my move date and during whole process, in which I would have to include Jessica, too. I misread my moving date and plan everything for a day before. We (Brit) and me just happened to figure that out the day before, time enough to find a solution. With Joe's help, we re-set the move for the very next day, as I mistakenly had scheduled it, they redo the leasing contract again check the availability right away… and everything went super smooth when I finally moved. That's something you don't find everywhere, I guess, there could be maybe a few fancier building complex out there but I really believe it would be hard to find people with the customer service approach, as well as kind and educated as the overall Wentworth leasing office. I truly have no way to thank and appreciate how much their help make the difference between a crazy, messy and horrible weekend and a smooth, nice and calm moving one, ( as it finally turned out to be). This July my daughter and I came to USA to visit my husband. Before we came here we were worried about the living place because my daughter is very young and we have no plan to drive in the new country. It is so lucky of us to rent Wentworth House Apartment as our new home. It is very convenient to live here. In the past two months we really enjoyed the good service and environment of this apartment.

Even Donald Trump would be hard pressed to find something unsatisfying about the Wentworth House. Set back from Rockville Pike yet walking distance to White Flint Metro, living at the Wentworth House is like having an ice cream cone without the calories. Outward appearances give the impression of a cozy community with its spectacular courtyard and dog park, yet residents know it to be much more than that. Yoga and Bootcamp classes are a weekly sight on the Community Green. Dogs of all sizes can… be seen playing on the obstacle course in the well maintained dog park. Extremely friendly concierge staff is there to greet me heading to work or alerting me to a package's delivery. Sound too good to be true? I haven't even gotten to the 24 hour Harris Teeter right below the building. The underground parking garage and 24 hour gym are just a few more fantastic amenities to enjoy. Even as I write this, I'm 16 floors up in the air lounging at the rooftop pool. Sure, every building has a down side but complaining about too much sun in my apartment seems trivial. The icing on the cake is the value of these amenities far outweigh the cost of actually living here, believe me I've looked. I have lived in the Rockville/ North Bethesda area for 5 years and the peace, sense of security, and feeling of community here at Wentworth House are second to none.
