I’ve had a great experience so far at the Royale. The leasing process was smooth and easy and, Phillip, my leasing agent has been incredibly helpful and responsive every step of the way. Since moving in, the concierges have been so friendly and always willing to help. It’s made settling in feel easy and comfortable. Plus, the apartment, amenities, and common spaces are so beautiful! Highly recommend!

I’m a resident at Royale since October/2024, so far I have had a great experience with the entire team! I am impressed with their professionalism and customer service.
The building exceeded my expectations in all manners. The ambiance is inviting and comfortable. Everything is clean, well maintained, the building has european finishes, and there are arts all around.
It feels safe, and well illuminated at night. There is also a 24/7 concierge. The manager is constantly planing gatterings and… events for the residents, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I love that the building is quiet, and convenient located. There is a convenience store across the street. It is 5 minutes walk to the metro, and about 6 minutes drive to access 270 or 495.
