Well maintained property. Quick friendly service, as staff is easily accessible and answers voice messages in a timely matter. Residents in the community are friendly and maintain their properties well. My experience so far has been very favorable.

I have lived here for several years and I’m very happy that I selected Southfield. The property and buildings are well maintained. The Office Staff is always very helpful and professional. The Maintenance Staff is prompt and responsive.

SOUTHFIELD IS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO CALL HOME!!!! REASONABLE RENTS WITH OPTIONS FOR 12 TO 14 MONTH LEASES!!!! FREE PARKING WITH LOTS OF SPACES CLOSE TO YOUR APARTMENT. FULLY LOADED KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS WITH APPLIANCES. GREAT NEIGHBORS, AND SAFE QUIET COMMUNITY. DOG FRIENDLY, AND NICE VIEWS FROM BALCONY!!!!!
