I love my community. The neighbors are polite. There are kids out playing when the weather is nice which is nice to see. The kids are not obnoxiously loud. It is a very quiet and relaxing environment.

Southfield is an awesome place to live -- the staff is the most responsive and kind bunch. The apartments decent and well-maintained, location is optimal because it is close to everything. The maintenance team most especially (shoutout to Sylvester and Angelo!!) are respectful, courteous and gets the job done quickly, not just on the most recent job but always. I've been living here since 2022, the property management (Hi, Allie!) is also easy to talk to if there are any issues that need... attention. We also love the celebrations that they hold for us residents!

Been living here since 2022. It is a nice place to be. Staff are courteous, maintenance has always been super helpful and respectful. Always gets the job done. Shoutout to Sylvester and Angelo for promptly helping us on our recent maintenance need!! The apartments are decent, the location is convenient. Very Happy Living here - glad I chose Southfield when I was downsizing 4 years ago - the Staff is excellent to work with, the Maintenance Staff is responsive and prompt and the Complex is well maintained.
