Top Notch Service-Ryan , Leasing Specialist

Ryan in the leasing office is simply amazing! From the tour he gave me to finishing the leasing process, he made this experience, enjoyable and eased concerns I had about leasing after 10 years. I appreciate the professionalism and knowledgeable approach he gave with each question. Property Gets Worse Every Year

I literally put in maintenance requests and half of them never get answered. I had an issue with my heat, and NO ONE came out. It's December! I had to freeze all night. DON'T MOVE HERE!

Unprofessional

Toured the unit a month ago and applied same day. Paid application fee but rental office never got back to me with approval nor a denial.. no response at all. The unit was nice but I will be taking my money else where! such a shame

Don't rent here

They utility room is mold infested, constantly leaking or flooding the water is running under the dryers into the meter room and tje ajoining apartments. They do not respond to noise complaints, it takes over a month for them to respond to a pest complaint. The drug use in the building's is ridiculous. They are only worried about the $$ they can collect.
