I love it here!

I am very surprised by the negative reviews. I am a current resident at Allyson Garden II. I absolutely love my apartment and the community. I have never had any issues with rodents or roaches. The community is very quiet and well maintained. The staff is always very professional and any concerns that I have are addressed quickly. I can not say enough how much I love my apartment. I have been living her 4 years and it is great!

Allyson Gardens is a wonderful place to live

Allyson Gardens is a wonderful place to live. The property is clean and the staff is friendly and will go out of the way to help you. The property manager Nikki is great!

GREAT 1ST APARTMENT

I love Allyson Gardens 2. It is my first apartment on my own and is a great starter apartment. The office staff is very friendly when it comes to addressing concerns and the maintenance team is very prompt when it comes to addressing tickets. I have no issues and will recommend this community to anyone who's looking to move out on their own for the first time.

The entire staff is wonderful, great place to live!

So far I really enjoy my new home. It's quiet, tucked away, my neighbors are friendly and the staff are AMAZING They have taken care of my needs promptly and have always kept me informed. I'm really happy I chose Allyson Gardens II as my new place to call home

You will love it!

Let's just say the perks are awesome and so is the community I got in on a deal that allowed the first two month's of RENT FREE They also have a program that helps with the last 500 of the security deposit Win, win, win If you refer someone to this great community, you are given a 1000 It just keeps getting better, right The location is less than a .05mi off of Reisterstown rd, which is ideal from a new Wegman's and many shops Miss Dawnetta in the leasing office is fantastic and makes sure your… needs are priority Miss Erica is great too Maintenance is prompt and friendly The pool is the LARGEST I've ever seen in an apartment community and the fitness center is right near the pool With life guards always on duty Ample parking I cannot say enough about this beautiful community
