Awesome Apartment

First, I would like to compliment Ms. Bianca who is the leasing Specialist of "Residence at Pleasant Ridge" Apartments for doing a consistent excellent job in displaying her professionalism with addressing any concerns to the residents. Bianca is very efficient and very kind, as well as easily approachable. I am a new resident, and very happy I choose this apartment complex as my new home. It feels safe, very quite, clean, and everyone seems friendly and helpful. Any concerns I have reported… were immediately taken care of, which showed me they care for their residents. I am very happy and glad I made the choice to move to this apartment building , and a very special "Thank you" to Bianca!

Going down hill

I have been living here for almost 2 years. The first year it was amazing but as soon as Joan left the office this place went down hill nothing gets fixed and now All I can smell Is weed in my son room. Very disappointed.

Possible tenant, maybe!

I hope the apartments are nicer than Brad was on the phone!! He was very rude and very vague about giving me info pertaining to the 1 & 2 bedrooms! I’m interested, and I wanted more information, but I won’t know unless I ask, right?!

Pleasant Ridge - a great choice!

I very much appreciate the helpfulness and attention to detail by the property manager and maintenance staff. In these trying days of winter, ice and snow is removed from the property in a timely fashion. I don’t have to worry about falling on ice like I did at my previous apartment complex. Many thanks to Joan, Joe and Anthony for keeping us safe and our needs met.

Nice apartment

Good place to call home. Large apartment with lots of closet space. In-house washer and dryer. Quiet and clean. Hotel feel lobby with coffe machine and water cooler. Really nice staff and neighbors.
