Great place to live

The staff here is responsive and very friendly! I can't imagine the things the deal with in today's economic climate but I have enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend living here. The front office staff and maintenance are great and very responsive! If you looking for an affordable place to live Richmar is the place!!!

Terrible neighborhood

Reasonable pricing, but horrible neighborhood, had my packages stolen multiple times, always smell of cigarettes, loud neighbors.

If you just want to spend the night, might be a place for you.

richmar apartments

Good: All in all this apart complex is pretty good. Its a family neighborhood. Pet friendly. Rent rate seems pretty reasonable.

Bad: The walls are extremely thin and for what your paying one would expect a certain level of peace. The floors are the same, you can basically hear and feel everything. When someone closes their door or the door slams for any reason you can feel it in your apartment. So for me, a working adult who values peace and quite, its a huge draw back.
