This is a pet free community (Exceptions made for service animals) income restricted complex with on-site laundry, community room, computer room and fitness center. We have 1- and 2- bedroom... apartments at two locations. Also, we are conveniently located to many great restaurants, shopping, amusement parks, community parks, and Hollywood Casino. We currently have no availability; however, we are accepting applications for our wait list. The average wait time now is 3 to 6 for a 1 bedroom unit and 18 to 24 months for a 2 bedroom unit. For your convenience, I've attached an application to this email. If you have any further questions, please let me know.
