I lived there for 10 years when it was called St. Charles Apartments, up until last year, 2025. I watched it decline as rent went up. If you find St. Charles reviews, you'll see what I mean. The apartments are old, the appliances are old (unless there was a recent fire), and their online rent-autopay service is unreliable. If their system errors, you need a certified check to pay rent. There is a serious trash collection problem. There will be rotting garbage in the halls leading to your Apt.… Mice on every surface inside the apartment. HVAC is from the 80s and needs a tune-up every few months. Everything in the apartment is the cheap plywood version. Drafty windows, poorly configured AC vents, clogged dryer outlets. All their money is in curb appeal. Drive around the complex. Look into a few hallways toward the back. You'll see.

The people in the office and maintenance are cool, though. They can all do better than that place. The flowers, empty gatehouse, and swimming pool are all lipstick on a pig. Don't be fooled.

SOLVED ALL THE ISSUES

The Apartment Manager Michelle and Apartment Relationship Manager ED are wonderful and nice folks, they help me solve all the issues I had within a twinkle of an eye. Please come over and live in this apartment complex.
