DO NOT MOVE HERE. I lived here for over five years, and the problems started on move-in day when management couldn't tell me when I'd get keys. I had to cancel my scheduled movers, lost my deposit, and scramble for last-minute help.

Then my entire apartment flooded TWICE, back-to-back, from an upstairs neighbor's washing machine. My renters insurance replaced thousands of dollars of damaged belongings. Contractors left plaster on the walls, closed off my bedroom AC vent, installed closet… shelves incorrectly, and ruined carpet seams. The ceiling had to be redone multiple times due to continuous leaks and poor work. Despite being flooded with dirty laundry water, nothing was properly cleaned.

Then came the sewage.

For my last year there, I dealt with repeated sewage backups roughly once a month, and then even MORE often. Sewage covered my bathroom floor and hallway. Management unclogged the blockage, slapped on a temporary fix, and moved on without EVER cleaning or fixing the root cause. During one of the worst incidents, sewage was seeping up through my floorboards. Management claimed it was "cleaning solution." It was brown, smelled foul, and was coming from the floor.

Because management was unresponsive and claimed repairs were done when they weren't, I called the Department of Health. They were appalled and set mandatory requirements before the unit could be deemed habitable. I was displaced for four nights, paying for hotels out of pocket despite paying rent in full.

Management STILL hasn't reimbursed me in full. As of this review, I'm waiting on answers for why they only covered three of four hotel nights, only partially reimbursed items destroyed by sewage, and withheld money from my security deposit.

For move-out, I scheduled an inspection and showed up early to clean. After waiting 2.5 hours, the inspector arrived (an hour after the scheduled appointment time), stated she "doesn't do move-out inspections," and couldn't take photos because her phone was dead. They later sent a statement charging me $175 for "drywall repairs" with zero photos, receipts, or documentation. Additionally, due to THEIR autopay billing error, they undercharged me $200 one month and simply took it out of my deposit.
