They make you sign lease without allowing you to see the apartment you're enting. They raise rent each yr but don't fix things properly. Hire sneaky maintenance team who touches your belongings. Don't even renovate. Issues with Bugs constantly. Car stolen just not worth the headache for the price. They start you low and do the some weird thing with the deposit save thing.

I applied for an apartment two weeks ago. I called after three days an noone answers the phone. I went into the office and spoke with " Cheryl" who stated that she was waiting on additional information from the current rental office and would keep me updated. Needless to say, that NOONE has returned my call and I guess that my application was Denied because no one has contacted me to say otherwise. I would be nice to have received some type of communication either way.

My kids and I love it here, just enough space good place to have a family very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and attentive so far so good ?? I’m happy to call it home

Crescent Pointe is a great place to live thanks to management. It's clean, spacious and I love the amenities. My favorite is, The laundry center.

They are doing far better than before. Mellisa is doing a great job even if we don't agree sometime she still listen to all I have to say.
They are the best so far thanks so much.
