Marijuana problem
I like the convenience of living outside of a subway for work and car-less commuting into DC. The apartment building and units are new, yet very tight; wont recommend too many things here. Property leans towards younger idiot tenants who have zErO respect for rules or lease clauses. Drug use in the units, especially the garage is common; especially when the office is closed after 5pm. The place is slowly devolving into a slum; garbage coyld be handled better...roaches will probably show up next.... I will contemplate moving before lease ends.
