This is a clean, quiet and tucked away neighborhood/community were most people are friendly and the others stay to themselves. Were the landscaping and upkeep is done regularly and maintenance responses are timely.

I love living in a Crossland apartment. It is very quiet and clean. The neighbors are friendly and respectful. The process is easy and fast when requesting maintenance, and the maintenance person comes the next day. I have been here for six months, and I have no complaints.

I have actually lived here when i first moved to waldorf 8 years ago, to be living here again says alot, its quiet, neighbors are not nosey, i feel safe, cant really complain
