BEWARE! Will not return your security deposit.

I lived at Flakland Chase for about18 months. After moving out in May 2025, I never heard anything about my security deposit, and never received an list of claimed deductions, despite repeatedly sending them my forwarding address. I started calling about the issue a month or two after I moved out, and would be hung up, or they would claim that they could not hear me, but then could hear my husband when he called on my phone on a different number... (via google voice). That behavior recurred no matter who the employee seemed to be, so this seems to be their standard operating procedure.

After three months, multiple calls and emails, and a demand letter with no resolution, I am left with little recourse. If you want hassle free move out, or decent customer service, I am sorry to say I cannot recommend Falkland Chase. Seek housing elsewhere Read More

I just moved out after living here for 1 year. Absolutely horrible experience. It was a nightmare from the start. Our scheduled move in date was a Saturday and the Thursday before (2 DAYS!!!) we had to completely switch units - even after having an executed lease for no explanation. The management switched 3 times over the past year and every single time they were just as rude and unhelpful as the last. Don’t even bother trying to call them, they won’t answer their phone. Their communication is... awful and no one ever seems to have the same answer to your questions. Maintenance will try and gaslight you when they come and don’t find any issues when there clearly are and never show up on time. Overall an exhausting and frustrating experience and so incredibly grateful to be done with them. Please find somewhere else to live it’s not worth it. Read More
