We?re resided in the Thayer and Spring community for just over two years and have immensely enjoyed our stay. The property is absolutely lovely offering generous amenity spaces and modern apartment layouts. Management have been responsive and super helpful in facilitating move-in, apartment transfers etc and the building staff, concierge and maintenance are consistently warm, professional and effective. Happy to recommend!

The community at Thayer and Spring is delightful and we have had a wonderful time living here! Everyone is friendly and management and maintenance are very easy to get in touch with. Out of all the apartments in the Silver Spring area, Thayer and Spring has impressed us the most!
