Car break in and theft is very common. Residence security isn’t a priority here. Building doors and laundry rooms is accessible to the public.Don’t feel safe coming into residence. Laundry rooms need major repairing. Mice infestation isn’t taking seriously. Only one are for visitor parking away from residence. Every concern comes with an excuse behind it. Residence concerns aren’t taken seriously here. Rent rising but no new appliances or amenities.

Neighbor is the worst
You will hear this overly loud vibration every night between the hours of 1am and 6am, you will occasionally hear it during the day as well, if you live in the lower apartment. It is one of the most annoying sounds ever and they have done nothing about it. Apartment backdoor was shot in, not notified at all. Otherwise, price is good and apartment is a nice size.

CHESTNUT HILL APARTMENTS
This is a great place to live for peace and quiet. Metro bus runs and several stops right infront of complexes. i live on the ground level and i have very little bug problems (seasonal) Staff is very friendly and clean. appliances work great and rooms are spaceous. very affordable rent for size of apartments. metro is not too far. Mall and grocery stores are a few blocks away. I love it here.

Okay
The apartment is nice however the neighborhood isn't. I have had my car stolen and have been robbed all within two weeks. Police use to sit on the hill but stopped. The apartment complex did hire security but they are no where to be found. Overall I rate this 2 stars because I do not feel safe where I live

Nice Place
Chestnut Hill may not be the best in the world but it is a good complex to live in. In my building they do a great job of making sure that if you make too much noise, your going to be on your way out. I get peace and quiet and have a good relationship with the leasing office. The grounds are maintained and neighbors are friendly. Maintenance gets done when you need it done and that's a plus for me.
