Quiet, well kept community. Close to the Maryland/Virginia/Washington DC metropolitan commuting area with easy access to all major highways.

Very nice apt with hardwood floors, all the appliances including washer/dryer, HVAC for air conditioning/heater, ceiling fans in bedroom and living room, lot of lighting, quiet. Walk-in closet large bathroom. Sprinkler system reduces renters insurance cost.
Biggest complaints are ridiculously excessive rent increases since pandemic ended (which may force me to move). Also smell of weed from some other residents, birds building nest under stairs, visitors cannot park in lot after 11pm even... though there are plenty of open spaces.

Very nice neighborhood, clean, quite and well kept up.
The office staff very nice and maintenance is on time with request. Would recommend apartments to others.

This has been such a great community to live in. I have been here for one year and just renewed my lease for another year. I am not in the market to purchase a home anytime soon so I am making Nines at Gleneagles my home for some years.

Very quiet. Love the spacious interior. Family friendly. Golf course, tennis courts, dog park, sitting areas right outside your door, swimming pool.... what's not to love?
