Excellent location, not too much noise in the building, walking distance to shopping centers and church. Building is clean and secure. I am thankful to enjoy a peaceful residence

Going on my 4th year here and overall it's great. There are a couple of issues. 1st with the new property management taking over it seems they are way understaffed & has taken longer to get things taken care of. 2nd with how much my rent has increased especially this new renewal it would be nice if they would update/some of the stuff in my apartment. There were cosmetic issues when I moved & all the appliances were outdated and still are.

The reason I gave 3 stars is because although living here is ok, I am tired of come home from a long day of work for the main entrance door not to work or the main gates. This happens more than one time out the month where if i drive up to the gate my key fob won’t work because the battery on pad for the gate or the door will not work. This is always happening and it’s frustrating.

I had no issues living here so far. I will renew my lease for my 3rd year. Maintenance is always on time to fix any issues. Great place to live.

I like my apartment complex it quite the people are nice. It’s clean. The apartment is a nice size. Wish I was on the bottom floor. Only one down size is I don’t like the elevator.
