Westchester at the Pavilions

Westchester Pavilion Apartments looked great at first, but within five days of moving in, I’ve experienced multiple serious issues. The building is supposed to be secure with key fob or buzzer access, yet the entry door has been broken since day one, creating safety concerns. Inside the unit, both toilets were not functioning at move-in. The washing machine does not work and makes a loud ringing noise. A loft light fixture fell down. Kitchen cabinet shelves were sitting on the floor due to... missing pegs. Ceiling fans are dirty especially the one in the livingroom which is more than 20 ft high, and the master bedroom fan rocks and squeaks so badly it feels unsafe. The bathroom door will not latch, and visible nail holes were never patched. It’s clear the unit was not properly inspected before occupancy. Five days later, I’m still waiting on maintenance. The community/apartment is great. Residents are nice hall ways are clean it smells good. No one is Loitering around the Complex or hall ways.

It’s been nice, the neighborhood is lively or quiet when need be, everyone has been very helpful from facility staff to front office, only hiccup are the back to back maintenance calls, i’ve had to make since moving in (they’re quick and extremely help tho) hope it continues to get better

Great community common problems like people breaking doors etc. however very pleased. I have been here for 4 years. my children rent in the next building.

My stay has been rewarding. The atmosphere and, mostly, good neighbors is comforting plus. Occasionally, people put trash in places it should not be!! However, my overall experiences@ Watp remains attractive and appealing to me! I am content living at my complex. My prayers and hope are that I will continue to have the necessary means to remain in the comfort my satisfied living condition!! Thank you for this opportunity to share!
