I love it . My apartment is nice Nice pool & gym . Also I hope the second gym
Opens soon. Clean buildings too & a lot of community events too

Overall a pretty nice place. Much better than others, but not without faults. We waited more than 3 months and after 3 repalacements of our AC system it finally was fixes, and half of the amenties are down currently, but the leasing staff treats you like a human being, so its an upgrade over other apartments Ive lived at, and there are no roaches.

Life here isn’t too bad; I just wish maintenance would be on their game about fixing problems. Though I don’t mind the living space and what comes with moving in. Like a working fridge, icemaker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a nice bath.

After experiencing the loss of my husband, sister, mother, and father, I needed more than just a place to live—I needed a place to feel whole again. Westchester at the Pavilions in Waldorf, MD became that sanctuary.

From day one, I was welcomed into a community that’s not only beautiful and well-kept, but truly caring. The management team leads with heart, and the maintenance staff is responsive, skilled, and always respectful. It’s rare... to find a place where people genuinely care about your well-being—and here, they do.

This has been the perfect fit for my lifestyle. I’ve reconnected with my adult children, watched my four amazing granddaughters grow, and shared joy with our beloved grand-dogs. The community events bring us together like family, and the apartment homes are the best I’ve ever experienced.

Paying alot of money for key fab access...no way to contact residents guest or doordash to let them in. Kids are also now locked out of the building returning home from school. Makes no sense.

Hello, we apologize if our recent community improvements have disrupted your household. All leaseholders are provided a key fob for entry. If additional fobs are requested, there is a fee for such. We ask that you please get in touch with the office... so you can receive further updates on how to access the callbox system to allow remote entry for guests, minors, and deliveries. All major couriers have community access.
