As a tenant with a documented mobility disability, I’ve faced ongoing issues with Beacon Management at Bloomfield Villas. My request for accessible parking led to inconsistent communication, improper fees, and threats to revoke access unless I signed a retroactive lease addendum.
I was charged $40/month under duress for a carport not included in my lease, followed by a late fee. This has caused undue hardship and feels retaliatory.
Beacon’s “WeCare” support system offers vague, dismissive... replies with no real resolution. While they respond publicly to reviews, the real issues remain — because the problem is the management itself, top to bottom.
