Scheduled a tour, and the leasing office had nothing to show except a model unit

Absolutely terrible experience. I recently toured The Reserve and was very disappointed. Someone from the leasing office took me to a model unit but had no actual available apartments to show, despite my having scheduled an appointment in advance. I was flexible and open to viewing either one- or two-bedroom units, yet nothing was arranged despite my confirmed appointment. That’s not a simple mistake—it’s incompetence and borderline deceptive.
It’s incredibly frustrating to drive 40 minutes for… a scheduled tour only to be shown a unit I wouldn’t even be living in. If management schedules an appointment, why not ensure a real unit is available to view? At the very least, give potential tenants the courtesy of informing them ahead of time and offering a reschedule when actual units become available. The exterior of the property looked well-kept and promising, but the lack of organization and professionalism from management is a serious red flag. Prospective renters—proceed with caution.

New staff, great apartments, and the property is beautiful!

I just toured the property yesterday. It is absolutely beautiful! Patty and her staff are friendly and all smiles! After touring nine apartments, they were a breath of fresh air! Do you wanna live someplace where you feel validated and cared for go see them! AMAZING!!!!! I can’t wait to sign my new lease! Did I mention the apartments are newly renovated and the amenities are spa like? I can’t wait to use the sauna, yes I said sauna! See you there!

Best apartments down river

so I went to see this property weeks ago and wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised when I was assisted by a young lady named Kayla seconds after walking in the door . she showed me several nice apartments as well as all the amenities they have available , love the place.

Do Not Move Here

Management sent me on a run around for a month and a half when bees were entering my home. Kept saying pest control comes on Thursday but every Thursday pest control never came by to check anything out. So, I went to the office and cut up because I have kids and every day I killed 2-3 bees in my home for a month. They called the police and the police in formed me to not pay rent and or call pest contorl on my own and give them the bill. However, they sent me a notice to vacate 4 days later.… Because i got loud with them about not doing anything to fix the bees. Then they had the nerve to send pest control to my door after the notice to leave. Which was on a Wednesday which is what i had been asking them to do for a month. they take forever to fix things. Management is rude and they act like they do not care. the rent is high for them to not fix anything or at least try. dish washer was broken for a month, and they took a month to decided they were going to replace it. Mold was growing in my shower no matter how much i cleaned it and they did nothing about it.
