I’ve been here for a year now. Renewed my lease for another year today. The apartment was renovated before I came here. Clean carpet, beautiful linoleum floors in the kitchen area, beautiful cabinets and so very clean. Every time I need something fixed, they are on it so fast. Every time I call, they answer. I complained about the smoke, the neighbors were kind about it and started smoking out their window. Washer and dryer area could be a little cleaner but I think that’s to be expected living… with a bunch of people in one area. I always hear someone vacuuming outside keeping the area clean, however lots of mold on the ceiling with water damage in the entrance but again, to be expected and am not exposed to it 24/7. Neighbors are so very friendly. Living somewhere safe if huge for me and being a young woman who lives alone, I’ve NEVER once felt unsafe here. Everyone is so friendly. me and my boyfriend just moved in , and we love it they where very helpful when we were signing papers, even showed us a couple apartments , are place was newly renovated and it looks beautiful very please with how nice the staff is thanku again ? loving our new home

The leasing staff (especially Beth) are very knowledgeable, caring, and efficient. The maintenance staff responds immediately and fixes things correctly the first time around. Quiet complex, no issues with neighbors, fair rental rates, convenient location. My only complaint is the snow removal company the property uses in the winter; they are just extremely slow getting out to plow and don't do a very good job when they do.
